I've got POTS/Dysautonomia and heard this brand was pretty good, so I decided to give it a shot... The salty taste on the PURE flavor was a bit too much for me, but the other flavors were alright. It's an okay product, but honestly, I've gotten better results from other brands... which is confusing, considering the formula in these should, in theory, hydrate more efficiently. The packaging is also difficult to open with just your hands, and on more than one occasion I ended up spilling powder everywhere trying to pour it. I don't think I'll be reordering anytime soon.
