Returned the item as it did not work.I paid more than the cheapest products hoping it would be more reliable. Sadly it made no difference. It just did not work, despite the positive reviews.The pins were very tight which made it difficult to slot the card in.It was easy enough to dis-aassemble and put back together as an appropriate screwdriver was supplied, as well as a usb3 to a standard usb cable.

this works fantastic replace my SSD in my pc and still wanted to use it , saw this and it does the job fantastically USB 3 I'm still getting the same read and write speed as if it was installed in the pc

Found out too late that this product was of no use to me!The key B fitting for the board didn't do much good!The ssd M2 2280 card I have is M keyed!Searching so far has not been any good to locate the same item that is OK to accept an M keyed ssd M2 2280 card, only B keyed. It is too late for me to attempt a return so I believe! One point of note for anyone who does the correct keyed card to fit the contact socket, the two supplied screws, which I presumed were for holding the card down in place are:a) too longb) have a head that is too big to allow the the fitted card to slide back into the case properly!I attempted to shorten one of the supplied screws, which I did, after a fashion until I could screw the M2 card securely in place. But the too large head of the screw stopped the card from going easily into the box without jamming it in!
