Heat Distribution is not Optimal!
The item seems solid and well made. However, if you keep it on induction, it only boils the middle area. if you keep it on burner, it boils the outer area. Basically, heat distribution is not optimal!

I just wanted to share my thoughts on the Appam pan I recently purchased. It’s exactly as I expected! I’ve always trusted Prestige products and this one is no exception.
