Toothache remedy but sure its for enamel wear or inflamation.
Why did you choose this product over others?: This wasnt my first choice miswak but its all that was available It really has laid to rest my toothache which my dentist advised is caused by enamel erosion which I had for about 6 months. It was painful to chew on both sides but after a few weeks on this stuff the pain has completely gone for months now.

Lovely toothpaste
