Using it for about a week. So far no issue. Strong and slick build quality. Enough ports and SD and MicroSD card reader are bonus. Ease of cable management, before this device I used to remove 3 cables from laptop, now I just need to remove one cable as hub provides charging, HDMI, multiple USB ports, card readers etc.

Works well, even if you use almost all of its ports. Please note that one USB-C port is only for charging - thought the hub was not working properly when it did not recognize the drive. The second USB-C port works quite well. Plug and play - connect it to the USB-C port on your computer, and it's ready for use. No need for an extra charger, like in the past. And, yes, it can read both SD and microSD cards - tried it with a 512GB card, no problem at all. Liked it so much, got a second hub like this for my travel laptop.

Good product, works as intended

2nd EDIT: Not only did the company offer a refund, they also generously shipped me another unit, and it works just as it should! They gave fast responses when the first unit gave me issues, and addressed it as well as you possibly could. I would use them any time! EDIT: the company quickly reached out and offered a full refund as a result of a faulty product. For me, that goes a long way. I have plenty of ACER products and normally have no issues with them. could have just been a faulty single product. Very bummed. For the first 2 hours of use it worked great. When it’s just USB-C to HDMI connected it works fine, but the second I go to plug my Mac in, while using the HDMI to stream to my monitor, the screen begins flashing every second or two on both my Mac, and the monitor. The flashing screen is happening at the same time the Mac keeps making its “chime” that the charger is connected, over and over again. Clearly something is going on that the charging is not staying active. whenever the charger is first connected it causes a quick(ish)black screen, which I could live with if it just happened right as I plugged the charger in… but when the charger KEEPS thinkings it’s just getting plugged in over and over, and keeps flashing, it kind of makes the product useless. And I’ve already thrown the box away so I guess I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t work. Super bummer.

This 7-in-1 USB-C hub is super convenient and works perfectly with my laptop. All the ports function well I’ve tried HDMI, USB, SD card, and everything runs smoothly without lag. It’s compact, easy to carry, and a great solution for expanding connections. Excellent value for money.

素晴らしい。xiaomiのタブレット、ピクセルでも使えました。ピクセルに対応してないものも多いので買って良かったです。

Good and functionable

Es un hub bastante completo y con un buen tamaño (13cm de largo por 4 de ancho, sin contar el cable), tiene 7 puertos distintos: 1 HDMI, 1 ranura para tarjeta SD, 1 ranura para micro SD, dos USB C y dos USB 3.1. Es perfecto si te desplazas mucho o viajas y necesitas un extra. Cabe tener en cuenta que la conexión es mediante USB C, no mediante puerto USB normal. Otra cosa a su favor es el diseño y robustez. El acabado es metálico salvo en los extremos, que es plástico, con un gris satinado que queda fenomenal. Por otro lado, tampoco siento que se caliente, aunque también es cierto que hasta la fecha he conectado cosas puntualmente y, juntas, como mucho dos USB y una tarjeta SD, así que no sé qué sucedería con un uso intensivo (la mayoría o todo conectado, y durante 2 o más horas). Dispongo de otro hub de una marca no tan conocida que sólo tiene 4 puertos USB 3 y en algún momento ha tenido algún fallo de conexión o se ha calentado un poco. Por lo tanto, personalmente, recomiendo este hub de ACER, aunque sea un poco más caro que otras opciones de marcas desconocidas.
