Essential and Efficient: Perfect for Tactical Medical Kits
I recently purchased the WYNEX Tactical First Aid Drop Dump Pouch, and it has proven to be an invaluable addition to my tactical gear. As someone who places a high priority on being prepared for emergencies, this pouch has exceeded my expectations in both design and functionality. The first thing that impressed me was the quality of the materials. The fabric is tough and durable, capable of withstanding the rigors of outdoor activities and tactical scenarios. The stitching is strong and reliable, ensuring that the pouch will last a long time even with heavy use. The roll-up design is extremely practical. It allows for a compact storage solution when not in use, and quickly unrolls to provide easy access to all my medical supplies. The multiple compartments and elastic loops inside are thoughtfully designed, making it easy to organize and retrieve items quickly in an emergency situation. The hook-and-loop attachment system is versatile and secure. I’ve attached the pouch to my chest rig and vest, and it stays firmly in place without any issues. The sub-abdominal carry option is particularly convenient, keeping the pouch accessible while freeing up space on my main gear. One of the standout features is the ample storage capacity. Despite its compact size, the pouch can hold a significant amount of medical supplies, including bandages, tourniquets, and other essential items. This makes it perfect for building a comprehensive IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit). Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the WYNEX Tactical First Aid Drop Dump Pouch. It’s a well-designed, high-quality product that enhances my readiness for medical emergencies. Whether you’re in the military, law enforcement, or an outdoor enthusiast, this pouch is a must-have for your gear.

Seems solid and good kit
Seems solid and attaches easily. When will these companies actually listen to someone who has used one of these it the field. The design of the interior (pull out) piece is wrong and will not hold the supplies needed securely. Think "velco burrito" and you will be on the right track.

Be mindful with space
This has worked great for both my husband and I. It fits in both the gen 3 IOTV and the gen 4 IOTV. My two complaints are since the size is nice, you cannot fit many important medical equipment inside. Since you will be trying to fit as much as possible then comes it becoming more difficult to put in the pouch and remove if cinched down. It seems to be built well, and isn't a bad option if you are looking for minimalistic and lower cost.

Exactly what I was looking for.
After some trial and error organizing, the pack was able to fit quite a bit of stuff securely; CST TQ, Israeli bandage, Combat Gauze, and. HyFin chest seal Twin Pack. Favorite feature is how small, compact and cumbersome it b is allowing versatility in position. Works great off the back of your kit just as well as off the front.

A tactical burrito you can’t eat (or use).
This thing will only hold one standard tape roll, and one compression bandage. Could wiggle in a sharpie marker, and there’s an open space in the back for something flat, like a two pack of chest seals. With those standard items, I could not fit: - A CAT tourniquet. - 1 standard pack folded combat gauze - 1 nasopharyngeal airway So, it’s far from what I’d consider a baseline trauma IFAK. Also, the more you stuff this thing, the harder it is to get back into its pouch, which makes it that much harder to get out reaching behind you. It’s your life, but I’d either get a larger version of this medical burrito, or just stick to the standard block pouch within easy reach on your gear. Be safe.

It needs to be just CM’s larger.
So I was setting up a vest for a humanitarian mission in Ukraine. I like the ‘mount beneath the plate’ options because they delude me into thinking I’m covering up my belly in some manner. I already have a TQ carrier on the vest so that was t going in there. Went for an Israeli bandage and it’s just a wee bit too big doesn’t pull out well. You’re welcome. It’s too big for all of my quick clot and stuff so I don’t see a happy medium with this one. If anything it’s good for distracting from my Midwest gut. Maybe some war snacks. Centimeters too small for hemmoragic control. Reasonably priced if you have supplies that fit. Functions ambidextously so items can be withdrawn with either hand. Or a buddy.

Good Budget Option to Add IFAK to Patrol Vest.
I have it attached to my issued Safariland Oregon City vest. There's just enough length on the velcro flap to hang off of the velcro opening used to remove the panel at the bottom rear of the vest. I used a strip of blank loop velcro to cover up the excess hook velcro and prevent excess wear to the surrounding fabric. The quality seems fine for the price. I have it packed with a pair of chest seals, 4" ETD, and wound packing gauze. There's still plenty of room to spare and I could relocate one of my tourniquets to this pouch if I wanted to. With the amount of supplies I have packed in it, it fits nicely in my lumbar curve without getting too obtrusive while sitting in the car. Finding the right tension for the bungee cinches on either side takes a little of experimentation. This is a great way to carry supplies on you without adding further clutter to your belt or the front of your vest.

Great product for an even greater price. Have had the product for two years now without issue. Has held up great with no signs of wear. Recommended to anyone.

Valido supporto
