Incredible quality
For the cost this is one of the best quality statues around and in an iconic pose created my Todd McFarlane. The paint is excellent and it is very big. The only issue is that the base fits a little off because it is supported internally by a sturdy metal rod.

Inspired by an iconic cover but some shortcomings
While Batman himself is just standing there doing nothing interesting, the cape is extremely dynamic. I'm no expert on cape physics but the flow of it never really made sense even on the original comic but that didn't make it any less cool. I wish the girl from the cover was included. It would have taken it to another level. Her absence disconnects the figure from the iconic cover. I wanted the blue figure but it's $20 more just to be blue instead of black, which is nonsense. I do like this figure though. It's much bigger than I was expecting, so that's great. Overall, while might sound a little negative, it's still one of the best Batman figures I've seen. I didn't hesitate to purchase as soon as I saw it.
