Nice touch to my outfit
I was a clown for Halloween and this ruffle collar added a nice touch to my outfit. The ruffle didn't go all the way around when tied, so a little small but still looked good with my outfit. Wouldn't say it was totally worth the price.

Looks good but gosh the smell at the beginning
My delivery was the wrong colour, but I had to travel for the dress-up party I needed it for, so I could not exchange it. Apart from this inconvenience and the horrible fishy smell as you open the package-- which thank goodness vanishes after a day or so-- it does the job and looks like the pictures.

Took it out of the vacuum-sealed package and carefully peeled the layers apart from each other and it fluffed up quite nicely. The speckled silver and gold flecks have a lovely, high quality sheen that are very pretty. The fabric itself wasn’t itchy to me - it has a light, gauze-like texture, but it may bother some depending on your sensitivity/preference. I didn’t mind it so I tied it quite close to my neck/face, but I’d imagine one could tie the ribbon so it doesn’t touch. There’s ample room in the length of the ribbon to tie a bow (I had plenty of ribbon left but I’m on the long/thin side, so I can’t vouch for other sizes). Overall very happy with the quality! As others have mentioned, it adds the perfect amount of whimsy to a costume or as a fashion piece and is very versatile. I plan to take care and use it for years to come. Very pleased! :-)
