first of all let me say this is an excellent product, and one correction, it is dishwasher safe, top rack as most things these days and it wrongly states not suitable for dishwashers. blades are extremely sharp and on xmas eve as i was entertaining i was in a hurry to grate cheese, i grated a bit of skin as well and i was bleeding. i do not blame the grater as it has to be sharp and it has to do what it is supposed to do fast due to its ability to work for you. maybe i should invest in special guard gloves. next time i order something it will be on my list.

Very quick grater with lots of useful patterns. Extremely sharp, but I guess it wouldn't work as well if it were dull. I haven't cut myself yet, I think you just need to treat it with respect and be really careful. I've used it for parmesan (which came out like candy floss!), carrots, apples, fennel so far. Really really good.

I thought it was so well made when I unpacked it but took the side of my finger off first time I used it. This thing is lethal. The whole thing is as sharp as a blade and lethal. Had to return it unsafe for use.

It is not a review, it is a warning!This is a very sharp grater (this is the reason why I actually bought it) and it caused a very hard cut to my finger (had to go to the doctor), which I never thought was possible to obtain when using a normal kitchen device.I am not new to cooking and had a Microplane grater before which was equally sharp but much safer.Unfortunately its plastic cracked after one year and I chose this one as a replacement. I used it for a month before I had this accident, which made me think the grater was poorly designed and absolutely not safe to use.Hope my review will save a pair of fingers.

That being said it is one that will last a life time. It is really razor sharp, already had one run in with my fingers, beware people, sharp is good just pay mind. I like that there are more than 4 choices and was very happy with the bottom that attaches, easy to put on and take off and no need for a bowl under the grater and no slip. Highly recommend.

Comprei o ralador, porque gosto de cozinhar e sempre tinha dificuldade com os raladores aqui de casa. Peguei a sugestão da Rita Lobo para o ralador de inox Cuisipro de 4 faces, mas como não tinha comprei o de 6 faces. Fiquei muito satisfeito, produto de extrema qualidade. Recomendo de olhos fechados.

Prodotto di alta qualità, lame taglienti, comodo e facile da pulire. Ottima scelta di varietà di grattugie con 6 lame differenti. Come prima impressione e prima prova sono contento del prodotto. Spero di non avere problemi in seguito.

6styles de rapes ( 5 cotes et une, au fond du recipient, superbe pour le gigembre)vraiment parfait, et superbement concuetres solide, mais aussi tres tres tres coupante !alors surveiller nos mains, vous allez, comme tous, vous couper au moins qq fois.mais c'est la meilleure rape achetee, (et je'an ai passe des tonnes, y compris les microplane, )achetez sans soucis, vous n'en voudrez plus aucune autre.
