I purchased this product based on the expectation of genuine brass quality, and this does not meet that standard. This is false or misleading advertising.

The pan is good quality but slightly overpriced.

The first one I received was in very poor shape and dented. After replacement i received a better piece, not completely free from flaws but at least not dented. Outside of lack of premium finish, It is a genuine product. I have been using for few months now. We primarily only use it to make tea to prevent food mixing and contamination. It’s holding up good and the handle is also good, doesn’t heat up like some saucepans that claim cool to touch but get hot anyway.

Good - heating water or preparing tea in this vessel does impart a mineral-y taste, which is hopefully good for us. And this is the only pot I could find on Amazon for this purpose and at this price. Bad - extremely light weight; made out of extremly thin sheet probably 1-1.5mm. handle soldering isn't secure. Also it rusted after leaving water in the vessel, causing it to render the water useless. Also water leaks from the handle joint. I have my doubt about how long these joints will hold steady. I guess it's suitable only if you fill water below the soldering mark.
