Excellent machine. Easy to use once you have got the settings correct to make a good cup of coffee.

Very good but expensive to maintain

I purchased this De’Longhi Magnifica Evo (ECAM290.81.TB) on Amazon in Sept 2025 for around ₹55,000, trusting the brand and the promised after‑sales support. The machine initially stopped frothing milk properly despite following all cleaning instructions, and has now stopped working altogether within the warranty period. I contacted the De’Longhi / Silveor service number given on the box. On WhatsApp they told me “no need for technician visit, only cleaning needed” and promised a video call from a technician, but nobody called. Now the machine is not working at all, my repeated messages are being ignored, and the toll‑free number printed on the box is not attended. I also tried raising an online complaint form on their website but there has been no meaningful response. For a premium coffee machine at this price, this level of reliability and after‑sales support is unacceptable. I am now forced to file a formal consumer complaint to get the product repaired or replaced. I would strongly advise potential buyers to consider the service experience before purchasing.
