Sugar control? absolutely not.
In my opinion, this product feels more like a marketing gimmick than a genuinely healthier alternative. Please don't be persuaded just because a celebrity's photo appears on the packaging. Celebrity endorsements are not evidence of a product's effectiveness. My experience was extremely disappointing. I found that my blood sugar spiked even more than it does with regular rice. The rice also cooked into a mushy texture, making it quite unappetizing. If your blood sugar remains under control after eating this rice, it may simply be because you're eating a much smaller portion, not because the rice itself has any special sugar-controlling properties. As someone looking for healthier options, I felt misled by the marketing.
