This microphone kit works great and the sound quality is very clear. It was easy to set up and everything needed was included in the kit. The microphone feels well made and performs well for recordings, calls, or streaming. Overall, it’s a great value and a very good option for anyone looking for a reliable microphone.

I purchased this mic 16 months ago to improve my audio quality while streaming. I started out using it with a USB function straight to the computer. The mic has great gain, and reverb control with the knob directly on the microphone where you can also mute it, simple function and great a microphone. We then upgraded and purchased the Maono Monocaster G1 mixer and use the XLR connection on the back of the microphone. It's very clear and crisp set properly using either USB or XLR. The sound audio is studio quality. When I make clips or go back and watch my videos on demand it's very clear and distinct. The other thing that sets this microphone and company apart is their customer service. The shock mount broke last week, I emailed the customer service department to see if there was anything they could do, they help me very quickly and are shipping me a new shock mount without 10,000 questions of how and why they just responded. Hey, we got you! I gave it five star. Would recommend to anybody that does any kind of podcasting streaming or video making, editing, vlogging etc. The boom arm it comes with is sturdy and I have not had any issues with it. Overall a fantastic product. Great price range. Great customer service.

It does exactly what it claims - no drama, no surprises. The product works the way it's designed to and showed up just as advertised - and that's exactly what I wanted. Sized as advertised. As thick as advertised. As durable as advertised. Weighed as advertised. As nice looking as advertised. The color was as advertised. Good value for the money. Noisy stand while on camera but the microphone is pretty darn good. It included several accessories. The material is metal. Very easy to set up.

After doing plenty of research on the variety of dynamic xlr microphones, I kept coming back to the Maono PD200X. Not only is the price point very competitive, but it has the option for USB, and XLR. My first few months of using this mic was through USB, and was told over and over by other gamers I have met that my voice was coming through so clear, and they would ask how that was so. Most people expected me to say it was a $400 mic, but when I told them it was not even 1/6th the price they couldn’t believe me. The mic and app were so easy to setup right out of the box, and it comes with a boom arm that clamps to your desk to free up space. As a new streamer, every inch of desk space matters so this was a plus for me. Since, I have swapped from USB to XLR as my new setup required it for my dual pc setup. And to add, the mic has some rgb, which lets be honest, is always a plus if your on camera. It has a convenient knob that’s easy to access for adjusting your volume and mute with a single press, and it turns red when your muted, so no second guessing, and green when your mic is active. I don’t usually leave reviews for products but I’ve had this mic for over a year now with daily use and have yet to encounter any issues, and still get compliments on the sound quality from both gamers, streamers, and viewers. If your looking to ditch the headset mic, and get a real mic that competes with the high end, but it priced on the lower end side, this is the mic for you.

Excellent microphone. Does exactly what I wanted it to do. However, they don’t sell replacement foam windscreens and send you to Amazon to search on your own for a compatible one. That is really unfortunate. They should sell the accessories that go with their products, especially the foam windscreen, which will probably be the first thing that you’ll need to replace.

This turned out better than I thought!~ Mounting is easy, sound is crisp and background free, and it even comes with a link for an app to help change things up, such as Bass, pitch, etc. 10/10 would recommend 👍👍

I paired this microphone with a XLR mixer and it works great. Haven’t tried USB but sound quality is good. No complaints.

I really love this microphone. One of my favorite things about it is the pink color—it’s beautiful, and it even changes colors, which makes it look really cool. It’s also very flexible and easy to adjust. I place it on my desk and it stays very stable; it holds firmly and doesn’t move. The arm positions perfectly when I’m recording. I can raise it or lower it, and it stays exactly where I want it. It’s very comfortable to use, and I absolutely love the pink color. The sound quality is also very good when recording. I definitely recommend it.
