I see this product comes with a bottle of oil, can it be topped up with your own oils as from reviews im hearing the refills are very expensiv. Thanks

Put fragrance in a glass with water and drop the the empty container inside it slowly fills back up. Takes 1hour to fill. I have been refilling mine for ages now

If it was broken when it arrived you should have returned it straight away by going through the return option on Amazon.

Not sure how you set the time. Switched it on originally, gave one puff and then nothing. Changed to new batteries but same.

Hello, the answer to your question is....I had the same trouble, mine did not work properly neither, I also put new batteries in but no luck, just one puff like you, personally I don't think it's a good design.....shame really because the scent it came with was lovely. It's very easy to set the time, there are little dots on the bottom of the black " gadget ", the higher you go the more scent it should let out & a blue light should light up at the top.....nothing happened with mine and it went in the bin. Just wasted my money on it....Hope this helps !!!
