Life changing! Had loads of calf and achilles problems; now my legs don't feel "tight" down the back. Have recommended this to loads of people. I have it in the lounge and use it at least twice a day as regular maintenance. Far superior to calf stretching on stairs or against a wall (which I have done obsessively).

Not a bad stretching platform but it does have a bit of a bend to it and I’m not over weight. Had some screws missing but fixed it quite easily.

Plastic 'board' did not seem very robust Probably wouldn't break but it bent under weight, enough to reduce the angle of the board. I am 6ft 2ins & quite heavy, so may be more useable for a smaller person. Apart from that, item was very neat & smart

This calf stretcher arrived in a plain box with no instructions but I suppose its usage is straight forward. Stand on it and see how high you can raise the angle until you fall off! It has 7 positions to angle the board, but flat is included in those, so it really has 6. These range from fairly easy to quite ridiculous, you'd need to be incredibly flexible to be able to put this up to level 7. It comes with some resistance bands so you can do some added exercise, however these are just pieces of elastic with some handles on the end and as far as I can see there is no way to adjust them other than tying knots in them, and they are quite long so don't seem to be particularly useful to me. I think I'll leave them and use it just for calf stretching. The whole thing except for the angle adjustment leg is made out of plastic with the board that you stand on being covered in a soft rubbery material. This board is claimed to be good for weights of up 150kg but it does not feel like it. I weigh significantly less than half that weight and the board flexes under my feet if I shift my weight forward. Overall I like this product for its intended purpose of calf stretching and once you get used to the flexing and realise it isn't about to snap (so far so good) then it works well.

I believe I would do its job, but it is bending as you stand on it, it feels weird. It also looked like a resale.
