Lone Peak 7 Trail Running Shoes

They are without a doubt the most comfortable pair of footwear I currently own, however this is my second pair after having to return the first due to them being way too big. I did buy the wide fitting version and typically wear a UK11 but I ordered these in a UK10 and they are literally perfect. I have walked over 20 miles in them since I got them on Friday and they are brilliant. Good quality, light, comfortable and they look decent too.

I recently completed the Camino (800km) wearing a pair of Salomons and suffered terrible blistering. I met several people wearing Altras who sustained not a single one and so I was already sold on Altras and their "wider toe box" before making the purchase. When my Altras arrived it was a day before heading off on the Dales Way (80 miles across the Yorkshire Dales over four days) so they were put to the test immediately. Well, all I can say is that I love my new Altras. No blisters or discomfort at all so now this brand will be my go to for the rest of my life.

Fit, used for hiking and comfy.

Really comfy and love the colour, really glad I bought these and they arrived earlier that expected. Would recommend the shoes and the company

I had LP6s but a size up (12). I found them uncomfortable when descending steep slopes. I'll report back once I've worn them for a while.

These are very well thought through in design and well executed in construction. Happy chap.

Ugly but comfy as hell!

I had high expectations for these shoes, having read so many good reviews. They are comfortable and have a good grip but not a good looking shoe. Now, after about 180 hours of use on a track around our house in Zambia, where I livem each shoe has developed a hole in the fabric upper behind the rubber toe cap. I am most disappointed. It is too late to return them - no warranty? - and a complaint to Altra in the USA brought an impractical response. So I am not impressed with either the quality or the service.

I'm not going to lie, I've been through a lot of trail shoes. From clunky behemoths to minimalist nightmares, I've seen it all. But the Altra Lone Peak 7? This, my friends, is a game-changer. It's like they took everything I love about trail running and distilled it into one perfect shoe. **First things first:** comfort. These shoes are like plush pillows for your feet, even after miles of gnarled roots and rocky ascents. The zero-drop platform and wide toe box let your toes splay naturally, preventing that cramped feeling at the end of a long run. And the Altra EGO™ midsole? It's like running on a cloud of springy goodness, soaking up impact and keeping your legs feeling fresh. **But don't let the comfort fool you.** These shoes are grippy beasts. The MaxTrac™ outsole digs into loose dirt, hugs wet rocks, and laughs in the face of mud. I've scrambled up scree fields and bombed down loose gravel slopes with unwavering confidence. The 5mm lugs are the perfect depth, providing traction without feeling clunky. **And the upper?** It's a thing of beauty. The seamless, stitch-less construction is like a zweite Haut, disappearing around your foot and moving with you like a second skin. It's breathable enough for summer sun and surprisingly water-resistant for those surprise puddles. Plus, it looks sharp. I've gotten compliments on these shoes from fellow trail runners and city slickers alike. **Sure, no shoe is perfect.** Some folks might find the wide toe box a bit roomy (though I love it for toe wiggle room on long runs). And the price tag might make some wince. But for me, the Lone Peak 7 is worth every penny. It's an investment in your feet, your enjoyment of the trails, and your overall trail running experience. **So, if you're looking for a trail shoe that's comfortable, grippy, stylish, and built to last, look no further.** The Altra Lone Peak 7 is the real deal. It's not just a shoe, it's a trail running soulmate. **Five out of five stars, hands down.** Buy these shoes. Your feet will thank you. **P.S.** I almost forgot about the StoneGuard! This little rock plate is a lifesaver on technical trails, shielding your feet from those sneaky hidden stones. Just another thoughtful detail that makes the Lone Peak 7 such a winner.

Comode e leggere, pianta molto ampia.

Great! The most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. Wider than average shoes .

Very comfortable and I use them often
