Bought to add to homemade crackers. They arrived promptly, well boxed and perfect for their intended use!

Just as described, good quality party hats.

Very good quality
I was surprised that they were so good. Perfect size for the crackers I was making. When used they did not rip on opening or placing in our heads. Very good item.

A bit small for adults
They could do with being a few cm bigger. The fitted the kids no problem but kept tearing or falling off for the adults.
