Works well, need to support upright somehow otherwise it will reduce my filter cleaner and extend the filter life

Solo es el separador, trae instructivos e información donde especifica que el paquete siempre trae accesorios como codos, reducciones para las conexiones con las mangueras e incluso una manguera, pero solo enviaron el separador. Creo que se puede conseguir directamente con los fabricantes y sería una mejor compra y tendrías todo lo necesario para conectarlo. El separador funciona perfecto, los materiales son robustos y deja la aspiradora limpia.

This dust separator is a big improvement from my prior less expensive and poorly engineered one. The seal for the rim of the bucket on this one is much more durable and very effective, and I like the hinged clips that snap onto the rim of the bucket. The airflow is much more efficient! My vacuum pulls a lot harder now than it did before. I had to modify my outlet fitting to accommodate the outlet fitting on the top center of this separator, but it was easy with some silicone tape. It seems quite robust and well engineered. I like that it’s very transparent, so I can see debris flowing through it to ensure it’s not stuck in the hose. All in all a worthwhile investment. A few years ago, I modified a 5 gallon bucket to be more rigid inside by adding a circular rib, halfway down the interior of the bucket, and made a plywood saddle that sits on the rim of my shop vac. I reinforced the bucket by cutting off the rim and handle section of a similar 5 gallon bucket and cutting the bottom out leaving a 1 inch wide rim. Using some construction adhesive, I just pressed it down into the bucket and let the glue set. This makes for a mostly double wall and stiffens sides for the main collection bucket. This way, I know it will never collapse from vacuum pressure and it also helps to separate the particles and keep them down once they drop to the bottom. It seems to be more effective this way. The bucket and saddle assembly attaches with a chain around the vac with a quick release. This way it rides along with the back effortlessly and is easy to detach for emptying. Check out the picture.
