Set it to minor jiggle, #3 setting I believe, and it works perfectly on Windows 10. You can barely see it move and it does not interfere when you begin to use your mouse. I work from home, and used the "Caffeine" App for years, but then too many folks started using it and IT Dept caught it. Our inactive is set for 5 minutes, lock at 10. This dongle works awesome, and you get two (2) for $16. Also, has on on and off button, so you can use a USB extension cord for ease of activating and deactivating in the AM and PM having it right by the keyboard.

My work computer will go to sleep in a few minutes and even kick me out of the server which means signing back in multiple times per day. This mouse jiggler has prevented all this! My only complaint is that it does interfere when I am copying and pasting -- doesn't allow me to copy a full section. So, I turn it off when I am copying and turn back on when finished.Great product for the price. Several co-workers have also purchased. Makes everyone happier!
