Writing this review with my mouth full of waffle like a oversized chipmunk. Bought 2 years ago, use it almost every Sunday morning. Two words: BUY IT. Works perfect every time. Just like the commercial one you wait in line to use at the no-tell mo-tel breakfast buffet. Note: use Belgian waffle mix for best results!

This thing makes nice big waffles. Evenly toasted. Easy to clean. Looks like decent quality. It has a light that goes on when you need to add batter and when the waffle is done. It would be even better if they added a little beep when the light goes off. In case your not looking at it at the moment.

I really enjoy a good waffle and this waffle maker is amazing. I like the fact that I get 2 waffles done at once. This was a gift and I love it! It is easy to clean and store since it is stackable and not side by side.

This is the fourth waffle iron we have bought in the last 4 months. The previous three had no power, and the waffles came out raw and pale no matter how high you set the setting, or how long you left the waffle in the iron. This waffle iron really cooks the waffle and you actually get a nice, fully cooked waffle in about 5 minutes. There is no temperature setting, but you don't need it. Under 5 minutes will give you a lighter, more spongy waffle, and over 5 minutes will give you a darker, crispier waffle. The dual iron allows you to cook two waffles at once, and the best part was that both waffles cooked simultaneously at the same rate. After five minutes, both waffles came out identical in color and crispiness. So if you want to avoid buying four waffle irons to find the right one, don't do like we did. Buy this one the first time and you won't need to buy another one.

I was in need of a waffle maker as my old one disappeared a couple of years ago. After comparing several different models, I settled on this one. I got it for two reasons, it makes two waffles at a time, and it makes Belgian waffles. While I like traditional waffles, in Belgium they put in pearl sugar which is like biting into little explosions of sweetness, So while I bought this, I also bought some pearl sugar to go with it. Anyhow, the waffle iron heats quickly, and cooks evenly. It is up to temperature when the light goes out for each side. When you put in the batter, the light is supposed to go off, and it does, eventually, but it takes some time. With my old one, the light went off immediately. The batter is cooked when the light goes off again. My old waffle iron had a little siren that went off and I wish this one had the same. The first time I used this waffle iron, I accidentally left it on for at least an hour after stopping cooking. With the siren, that would not have happened. One thing that I would like to comment on is how clean this stays. I put in half a cup of batter for each waffle, and never has any spilled out. The manual actually doesn't say how much batter to use, so I could be putting in much less than required. However, my waffles turned out pretty good. It does come with a tray that is supposed to catch the mess waffle irons usually make. If asked, I would probably get this model again, however, I would look for something similar with an alarm first.

Great waffle maker! Easy to clean. Tip : make a bigger batch and freeze them for days when you don't have time to make the batter.

I love this wafflemaker! I can't recommend it enough. If you like to make a lot of waffles and quickly, this is it. We have 3 kids and 2 adults in the house and can easily get everyone fed right away, which is a huge win with the kids. Looking forward to using it for bigger family brunches. It's also easy to clean as well.
