Pretty good flour, but pricey
Giving this 4 stars overall. The 00 flour itself is really good quality, but the price is definitely a bit higher than standard bags. For actual baking and pizza, it performs really well. The texture is fine and consistent, dough is easy to work with, and it produces a nice light base with good chew, especially for homemade pizzas and flatbreads. The four-pack is handy if you bake regularly, as it means fewer last-minute runs to the shop and you’ve always got flour ready to go. The packaging is decent too, and the bags arrived in good condition without leaks or tears. The only real downside is the cost compared to normal flour. You are paying a premium, and while the quality is there, it makes you think twice if you’re on a tighter budget or only bake occasionally. If you’re keen on pizza and bread and don’t mind spending a bit extra for better results, this is a solid choice. It’s just the price that keeps it at 4 stars instead of 5.

Absolute quality flour for pasta, pizza, bread and pastries
I love this flour not only for making pizza and pasta but also for making bread such as focaccia, ciabatta and some pastries such as sfogliatelle. I definitely prefer it over ordinary bread flour despite the difference in price

Fantastic pizza flour at a great price
This flour has been brilliant and great value for money and consistently excellent results in my Ooni oven. I haven’t had a single bad bake since switching to it. It’s finely milled and performs exactly as you’d expect from a good '00' pizza flour. The only minor niggle is the thin plastic packaging, which felt a bit flimsy, but the Amazon box kept everything intact with no leaks. I weighed the full bag and it came in at exactly 1020g, so no complaints there. I’ll definitely be buying more for summer pizza nights, would highly recommended.

Worth it
As someone who has been making pizza for six years, this flour is an absolute game-changer. I baked a 70% hydration dough in my 400°C oven, and it cooked in under four minutes, yielding massive, beautiful air pockets! The flavor is incredible—I even baked a plain crust just to test it, and it tasted amazing on its own. Overall, exceptional quality and highly recommended!

Good Italian 🍕 Flour
This dough works well with 75 percent hydration...It makes great pizzas...haven't tried the Focaccia though. The taste and aroma is good after baking the pie. The stretching is good and the dough holds well. The best brand, which I'd humbly mention is La 5 stagioni tipo 00 Napolitana, then Castillo brand then on the third position I would like to keep this one.
