Juice Master Keeping It Simple

I love the book really but I hated trying to read it as an ebook. You can't print off the recipes and it is so much easier to find information/recipes in a book. I will buy the hard copy. The recipes are fantastic! I didn't know until now that juicing could taste so good!

I love this machine and product. I have lost 30 lbs in 1 month and am not skimping on any meals. The taste of the various combinations is unbelievable and naturally sweet. I recommend this to everyone who needs to lose some weight or just wants to eat healthy!!

Great information, great recipes. Most of the ingredients are readily available. The recipes are simple and delicious. The perfect place to start for those new to juicing.

Love this book. I use it every day and it has so many juice recipes including smoothies but tells you what each juice does for you and what each fruit or vegetable does for your body. I love it and have lost 35 pounds using it. Thank you

This book might be okay for someone new to juicing, and in all fairness it does a good job telling what all the ingredients do for your body. I was already trying some of these ideas on my own. There isn't as much variety as I would of liked. It does tell you how to try a detox juice fast, which I want to try. (The spirit is willing, the flesh is weak.) Jason Vale is right, though, these drinks make you feel so much better. Most of the recipes are with fruit, except the kid's drinks do have fruit and veggies in them.

I did his 3 day detox after seeing him on Hungry for Change. It helped stop my sugar cravings and start me on my new way of eating and thinking about food. I have shared this detox with several others!

There was a problem with the shipping and the owner took care of it perfectly and super cooperative the juices tasted awesome

These books were recommended by the manufacturer of the juicer I purchased . This book is colour coded starting with juices suitable for children and follows on with a 3 day detox there is also a Juice pharmacy which amongst many includes one suitable for a hangover, migraine, high blood pressure, asthma etc., altogether there are about 11 different sections and at the end there is a fruit and veg juice facts informing you of the vitamins, minerals etc and what they are good for. Este libro está código de color a partir de jugos adecuados para los niños y la continuación con una desintoxicación de 3 días también hay una farmacia de jugo que, entre muchas incluye una adecuada para una resaca, migraña, hipertensión arterial, asma, etc, en total hay cerca de 11 diferentes secciones y al final hay una fruta y jugo de verduras hechos que le informan de las vitaminas, minerales, etc y lo que son buenos para. Un excelente libro que recomiendo encarecidamente.

Read it and try it

I am a juice amateur, but having tried some really tasty juices in the states I bought a juicer and this book recently thinking I'd give it a go at home. The book itself is beautiful, it's brightly coloured, well laid out and is quite a joy just to flick through - it's also split into very useful sections so there's one especially for kids, one for detox, one for simple juices, one for smoothies etc etc and if you find yourself with a glut of a certain fruit or veg on your hands the index will quickly refer you to all relevant recipes. The recipes themselves are excellent. They are massively varied and whilst some sound great on paper and you just can't wait to get juicing, others sound less appertising... but I've not come across one yet that when put to the test didn't taste great. I am still quite new to this so I will stick with the book for a while - and there are more than enough ideas to be going on with, but I hope that with the advice that Jason offers about quantities and combinations, with a bit more time I will be able to put togethr some of my own recipes too. A very good but which has ensure that my new juicer will not gather dust - if you are looking to buy a juicer - I can highly recommend the Philips HR1861 Pro Aluminium Juicer which is on sale at amazon at the moment, I chose it after extensive research and have not been disappointed. It is also the juicer favoured by The Juice Master Himself. Happy Juicing!
