Don’t recommend. Installation is very difficult and support is not available. Had heard great things about the product itself which is why I purchased it but ended up disappointed.

Low quality plastic
Material is made of low quality plastic and there were some technical issue regarding tank level sensor display.

Regret buying this product
Writing this review after one year of use, and it has been the worst purchase I have ever made. Within a few months, the motor started vibrating, and the filter began making extremely loud and continuous noise, which became very irritating. When I contacted customer service, the technician charged ₹350 just for the visit. After opening and checking the machine, he simply said, “Madam, this is normal noise. Machines make this much sound.” A few months later, the water tap broke. Once again, I had to pay ₹350 for the service visit, plus ₹175 for the replacement tap. On top of that, the filters needed replacement after only five months, resulting in additional charges. Overall, this feels like a money-making business model rather than a reliable product. The maintenance and service costs keep adding up, making ownership far more expensive than expected. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.
