I thought the Flexion Bike Trainer Front Wheel Block was too inexpensive to be very good. I was wrong. It is a great addition to my trainer set-up. My bike sits in a Wahoo Kickr Core 2 trainer after having removed my rear wheel. The wheel block goes under the front tire but on top of my Wahoo Kickr floor mat. It perfectly stabilizes my front tire. I couldn’t be more pleased with how well it works! I highly recommend it.
