Anyone hear a whistling coming from the engine after dropping this filter in?

Yes, I experienced this in my 2016 Tundra with the 5.7. Took the filter back out a couple days before I sold the truck and the whistling went away. Not sure why it does it, but the guys at the Toyota dealership said they couldn't find any other reason than the filter.

Does it come with a sticker?

Yes it does.. it also comes with another sticker saying do not throw filter away.. rechargeable filter installed.. its saved me when I had to take it to the Toyota dealer.. they almost threw it away thanks to the k/n warning sticker
