Better than what I was hoping for...just so beautiful!!! My son is going to absolutely love these.

These weren't big enough for what I wanted them for (to hold records so that's my fault) but they are so pretty I found a place for them elsewhere. Other people have mentioned the blue "dye" rubbing off. I got it on my fingers and it washes off easily. I haven't had any issues with it rubbing off on my books or anything like that. I rated "light weight" with 1 star because they definitely do what they're advertised to do (hold books) and don't like fall over?

These items look just as beautiful in real life as they do in the picture. I originally thought the one I got did not come with rubber feet and was pleasently surprised to find a small sheet of adhesive feet that I had missed in the packaging. This is working perfectly well to prevent sliding. Also, I initially had my books arranged from shortest to tallest and was having some issues when taking a particularly thick book out from the middle. Without the feet, the end would slide, with the feet they were still tipping if all the tall books suddenly leaned to one side. My solution was to rearrange the books so not all the taller (and heavier) books are together. This seems to be working better. I'm a little bit wishing I had got the bigger size. I'm using these bookends to hold about a dozen books.

So beautiful but a lot smaller than I imagined. Wasn’t colored similarly to the photo, more purple and less brown tones. It does say natural so I’m going to assume it’s due to that! I like that it came with little rubber stoppers to help hold the books but I think they won’t hold my books much. Value for money is ok I guess, I’d prefer it to be a bit bigger and the stones are not even in size, that’s something that did bug my OCD. I will contemplate a bit longer if I’d like to return them, but the quality of the actual stone looks nice, but not what I was hoping for in a couple of ends.

Beautiful and Sturdy. The first pair I ordered was not as pretty as the one in the picture but certainly very giftable. But it was missing the little rubber pads. So I called Amazon saying could you please send the pads. This is going to be a graduation gift and I want it to be perfect. Amazon said why don't we just give you a whole another set? I said that I really didn't need another order just the pads but they wanted to make sure customer service was not lacking and they sent me a whole other order with the pads in it this time! My niece just opened the package and she seemed thrilled! And so are we. Your agate bookends are beautiful and so is your service.

I was very excited to receive these. I opened the box and pulled out the two pieces, which were wrapped in paper. I was very surprised they were not packed in styrofoam. I also thought the item I pulled out of the box must have been just one of the two bookends. I looked around at the various boxes I'd received (I had several orders come in at once) but saw no other similar-sized box. The "Bookends" I eventually pulled out was more than disappointing. They're both at most an inch and a half thick are their thickest part. Because of the pictures on the listing, I expected something that was maybe 5"x5"x5" wedges, like 1/8th of a sphere - Which given the density and weight of what I got I realize now may have been unrealistic. Had I known I was going to get these slivers, I wouldn't have bothered. I really want to like this, so I'm going to do my best to use these regardless... But I'm going to need to use the books to keep the bookends from falling over!

Incorrectly believe the stones would be 3to4lbs each As such they were smaller than I thought

This is a Christmas gift for my daughter. They were smaller than what I expected but are quite brave do they should hold up alot of books

MUCH MUCH smaller than you think. Very pretty, but obviously dyed without much care. The paper they were wrapped in was blue. That being said, they were very carefully wrapped and made it here no issues
