Bought this in October as a gift for my daughter for Christmas and the box was sealed so didn’t open it. When my daughter opened it on Christmas Day the item was dirty, discoloured, the cable was broken, it looked used and doesn’t work!! Absolute waste of money!

This has made washing make-up brushes so much easier! I did expect it to be a little more powerful but it has held up for over a year and really helps get all of the make up out.

Amazing product! Cleans brushes effectively and has saved me a lot of time!

Does it work? Yes. Does it get your brushes clean quickly. Pretty close. My issues are: the power button is so finicky that it turns on with just the slightest touch or brushing up against it, which sends water flying when it turns on while you’re holding it in your hand putting water in it. I also wish the well was deeper. You can only put like a 1/4 cup of water in it before it gets to the brim. I’ve only had this since March, and have only used it twice, and it’s already leaking water in the middle. So, make sure you have a towel handy

This works well, but was a hassle to use b/c the whole unit spins and the cord gets tangled around it. I also had to use it in a deep sink b/c it throws water around and it’s a must to roll up sleeves. Might be user error, not sure. I’ve had it for over a year and until this morning I dealt with the splashes and the cord tangle. If you can use it with only touching the brush and nothing else, then it works well. For me, I just couldn’t do it without some frustration. This morning I used it and decided to go back to just using my cleaner and the palm of my hand, then I realized I could hold the removable cup in my palm and use it that way. For me, that works great and is much easier and works better than my smooth palm. I plan to just use the cup in my hand from now on.

This is the second time I purchased the makeup brush cleaner. Love it, just wish that the bowl part of it was bigger.
