Who manufactures this product and where is it made?

Eliminator is the manufacturer.

How far away from things do you have to put this?

I have it outside against the wall.

This thing worked for one mouse, but I haven't been able to make a second catch since. To the guys who caught more than one mouse, how did you do it?

Day 1 I caught a rat that I knew was around outside the house. Day 2 I caught a field mouse. Day 3&4 no activity. I then moved it into the garage and have keep it plugged in but have caught nothing, but I haven’t seen any evidence of mice in the garage so there might not be anything to catch.

Why does the trap I received have "indoor" written everywhere? There is no indication of that in the product description.

I have bought two of these traps and used them inside and outside. But after a while, specially when it gets damp at night (west coastal area) it will stop working. I won't buy it anymore. Snap traps work just as good.
