This product worked awesomely - I had a persistent clog in my kitchen sink drain and would cause slow draining. I figured it was a fat clog or something because a drain snake would only temporarily work for a few weeks before clogging up again. I had two options, have a plumber come in and clean the drain with an expensive hydrojetting service or see if I can clear the drain with an enzymatic drain cleaner like this. I followed the instructions to clear the initial clog and it's worked beautifully. Now I use this once a month for maintenance and it's kept me clog free!

Love the powder product and the cup is super helpful to have for the various measurements and clear instructions written right on it! I couldn't figure out how to get the reminder gadget to work. Instructions provided were not helpful. The plastic hair remover gadget actually got stuck and broke inside the drain! When I took apart the pipes to get the plastic piece out, I could see the work the powder product was doing. I had just started it the month before. Recommend the powder and the cup, but could do without the other 2 plastic gadgets. Recommend still getting the full kit so you have the cup. I'm telling you, it is so helpful!

Too bad this is so expensive, but happily, it works!!!!! At least it did for me. I have had a slow-draining bathroom sink for a long time. I tried various home remedies such as boiling water, white vinegar, baking soda, but these were not of much help. I finally tried Bio-Clean -- used it for 5 nights in my bathroom sink, as recommended. Now my bathroom sink drains properly. We have hard water where I live, and somehow a lot of sludge tends to build up in the drain, so I'm so happy that I've discovered Bio-Clean and can keep my bathroom drain open & running well now.

This stuff WORKS! I’ve used many different enzyme drain/pipe cleaners and many different chemical cleaners, as well. This the ONLY enzyme cleaner that I’ve gotten good results from. I’ve read other’s comments saying it doesn’t work. I’m here to tell you, Bio-Clean absolutely, 100% works. Follow the directions and give it the time it needs to work. Understand what the product is, how it works, and what it can and cannot do. This is now my go-to product and I use it regularly for maintenance to keep things flowing well. On top of all that, this stuff is a great value for money spent.

Bought this due to having plumbers come out to clear the drain in our kitchen sink & bathroom toilet. Plus we’ve always had issues with our daughter’s sink. The plumber told us about buying this. Said to do it 7 days for the toilet & then once a month to maintain it. My daughter’s bathroom drain (sink) has always drained slowly. We’ve been told that pipe is connected to the AC drain pipe so there’s always a lot of gunk that collects. I decided to try this on their sink & did the process for 5 days. The sink is completely clear now!!! It drains so fast. And I can look down the drain & confirm all the gunk is gone. It’s a miracle!! I would tell anyone to buy this & try it for at least 5-7 days before you judge or think it’s not working. It’s a game changer & a heck of a lot cheaper than the $700 we paid to have the plumber come out

Really cannot rate product fairly because it is a long term use item. My decision to purchase this product is to keep the kitchen drain clear as it clogged after 17 years, and the tech that unplugged it mentioned that it works. We will see. I suspect the pipe angle was not correct so I supported it in new locations.Hopefully that fix and the drain cleaner will keep it clear.

Bought this product after watching a video on YouTube. I find that my pipe does not smell bad as before. The water did run smoothly. Delivery was fast and properly packed.

This product completely resolved a heavy infestation of phorid flies in our bathrooms. This was after trying daily boiling water down the drains with little improvement. After five days of treating our tub and sink drains and overflow holes with Bio-Clean, the flies were reduced but not eliminated (and the smell coming up from my husband's tub drain was also reduced.) I continued to treat the drains once a week, knowing that it could take awhile for the bacteria to do their thing. Within a few weeks after that, no more flies! The Bio-Clean apparently eliminated whatever gunk they were breeding in. Edit: coming back later to say that the Bio-Clean doesn't seem to work as well in overflow holes as in actual drains. Our fly infestation rebounded despite weekly use of Bio-Clean and we had to physically clean out the sink overflows with a long drain brush to eliminate gunk they were still breeding in there. Still a great product for drains though.
