Great scoring tool!
Bought this for a friend who's entering her sourdough era and she said she loved them! the quality was amazing and they've held up extremely well during her learning process! The tools are perfect and she loves the scoring tool.

Great Size and Quality
Product was as expected- quality materials, drys quickly after use and I like the cotton lining is removable. I’m new to bread baking and the baskets make that process easier. This was a good purchase for the price

Sturdy and durable
Good bannetons that can be used on a daily basis. The ratan is sturdy and durable and they should last a long time. One star off for the rather low-grade liners. I'll have to put a better one in them.

It’s great, I can’t fault it. I’m fairly new to bread making but I found the basket light and easy to use. Makes a nice pattern on bread. The scorer is a must have. So much better than a knife. The scrapers come in handy too. It’s well made. Seems good quality.

Tolles Set, um seine ersten Sauerteigerfahrungen zu sammeln. Das Messer kommt sogar mit Ersatzklingen und Schutz. Die Schürze ist aus gutem Material und wirkt nicht billig. Gute Qualität, würde ich erneut kaufen.

I have just received it and I can tell you from A to Z the material is heavy duty not temu quality. I find it worthy the price and the quality. Maybe you look for more things like a brush to clean the wood or the tools liked the iron cast silicone bread mat but you can buy them alone in general I love it and recommend it.
