Perfect pot each time. Used almost daily for several months. Never had a pot that had that bitter, over-extracted flavor, nor the weak-tea flavor of coffee that runs through too quickly. Love the open/close option so I can snag that first bold cup without making a mess. Love that I can swap out the k-cup bit to make a cup of tea that doesn’t taste like old coffee. Love that it’s relatively compact. Love that the warmer isn’t so hot that it scorches coffee.

Only had this a short time, but oh my, what a pleasant difference from the Keurig brand of coffee makers. I love the quality, and different selections and the large water storage is a breeze to refill. Most importantly, the coffee actually tastes better. Perhaps its the 3 pressure points instead of the one with Keurig, but I will never go back to that manufacturer. Always had issues with their products; noisy, user un-friendly and breakdowns. For how flexible this machine is, it takes up less space and does more. I hope this Ninja lasts a long time!

After using this for months, both with pods and without, this is hands down the best coffee maker I've owned. Leaving the pot on the burner does not cause the coffee to become bitter. It is easy to clean, makes pods well. Love the "rich" setting, as it seems (based on the sound) to bloom the coffee. Love that I can make a single cup with grounds, as a cheap paper filter is much cheaper than pods, and better for the environment. Didn't want to deal with a reusable basket for singles, since the downstairs kitchenette where I use it doesn't have a garbage disposal, and would be a nightmare to clean. Love the built in scoop, the timer, really like how easy it is to fill the reservoir. The reservoir is sturdy, attaches firmly, well made, stands firmly in the sink and the cover stays on.

I love ninja products had a earlier ninja coffee maker an thought coffee ☕️ taste good but as time goes on years that is needed to replace it seen ninja CFP 201 so thought I'd give it a try an man was I surprised at the taste I'm thinking it's the brew head so much larger so coffee get brew better an this one has so many better features you can brew different sizes has a much better sneak a cup feature slid the lever close grab you a quick cup with no spill like the older one warming plate does keep coffee hot much longer side water tank is a nice touch scooper gives you two sizes for coffee I find the larger is better for my taste an if you want just a one slid an now you can have K-Cups an my coffee maker is under my cabinet but don't have to bring it out to get ready for coffee just side top back insert paper filter pour coffee in side close pick your type of coffee setting I like classic brew an thier it is brew really fast an I can even make a thermos size of coffee has a really nice size clock an even a clean mode which is really nice so now no more bitter taste down the road this is really nice for the money now ninja does make others with more features but for me this one will do really can't say enough good bout this coffee maker if you get it an see all what it does I'm sure you'll agree with me haven't try the K-Cup out yet but will soon still enjoying this great tasting ground coffee for now 😀 OK just try the K Cup and works ok but one thing now not sure it'll be a deal breaker but after using one notice lower needle became clogged badly really had to work kinda hard to clean it which wasn't expecting that so wounder will this be after every use ? Well if so that's a stinky an not really happy to have to do that everytime I make a cup so still on the fence now cause it's not like I'll be doing K Cup as often an brewing but you decide I'm thinking 🤔

I got this coffee maker for my husband's birthday. Unfortunately, the carafe was broken when I received it, but that's not the seller's fault. I ordered a new carafe from Ninja and everything works perfectly well. So far we really like it! It's fancy looking and easy to use. I love all the features and especially like the iced coffee function- that's what sold me! Usually iced coffee tastes watered down, but this doesn't happen with this coffee maker.

I seldom leave reviews, but I am so impressed with this machine. First of all I bought the refurbished because it is $40. cheaper, and it looks brand new, works perfectly, and is guaranteed. I was using a higher priced coffee maker, but even though I only brewed a couple of cups each morning using only distilled water, they never seem to last more than about a year. The Ninja brews a perfect cup with pods, we can choose the strength, my travel mug fits easily underneath with room to spare, and it runs more quietly than my others did. After it is done brewing, a little beep sounds to let me know if is done. I really wish I had tried the Ninja before I wasted all that money on those other coffee makers.

After 1.5 years (bought Nov. 19, 2023) the coffee maker started changing the water addition amounts. For example it went from 16 oz to 18 oz. then a month or so it would changed back, by itself. Then last week the knob to start the brewing would not do anything. Two days later it started to work again. Yesterday it quit working again. ON JULY 15, 2025 ABOUT 8:30 AM CST, I CALLED THE PRODUCT SUPPORT NUMBER BUT COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE AGENT.
