Review: Cambridge Quality 5 Stars - The book helps when you are talking about Use Of English: Parts 2, 3 & 4. I recommend it. Review: Excellent choice - I purchased this book and have found it to be an excellent choice for mastering the Use of English section for the C2 Proficiency exam. Contrary to some reviews, the book aligns perfectly with the latest Cambridge exam format, where Part 1 is clearly part of the Reading section, not the Use of English, as stated in the official Cambridge guidebook. The content is challenging but comprehensive, offering a wealth of extra material that adds significant value. At its current price, it’s a bargain considering the depth and quality of the resources provided. I highly recommend it to anyone serious about achieving a high level of proficiency.

Good practice
One of the best books to get used to the „use of english“ the Part 1 of the exam is part of the „reading part“ therefore there are only part 2,3 and 4 Also it is very helpful that there is extra material included

C2 Proficiency 10 Practice Tests
I've recently purchased this book and it's extremely helpful and very useful for my C2 exam preparation. An absolute must for anyone aspiring not only to obtain a certificate in CPE, but also for those with a real interest in a thorough understanding and mastering of English at a proficient level. My acknowledgements to Dr Klaid Proctor and the team behind the elaboration of this material.

So so...
As for "use of English," I would have expected to Papars documents 6 and 7 as well, but they aren't there. I would have preferred to pay a little more but have all the parts of the test.

Misleading for C2-learners of English.
Some of this might be useful to C2 students, but for the most part it was painfully obvious that this was not written by a native English speaker. I'm sure Dr. Proctor is a great teacher at around B2 level, but at C2 it's all about register and understanding the finer nuances of the English language. The tone was wildly erratic, switching seemingly arbitrarily between slang, highbrow and rather inappropriate idioms. We read into it one evening ... a mixture of native English speakers and Germans who speak great English, and honestly we often couldn't guess the answers in the clozes. Once the answers were revealed, we were left either scratching our heads or laughing out loud at the absurdity. I wouldn't presume to judge the author's other books, but if you're seriously studying for C2 English, give this a miss. At this level, you need to be learning from a native speaker. At best, this book was good for a laugh. At worst, it could be quite misleading and counter-productive.
