Very good choice
Great book to get. I definitely learned a lot from doing this book. I feel that every woman should get this book even if you don't think you need it. Great Journal/Shoddy Construction
I LOVE the CONTENT of this journal. I cannot give it 5 stars, however, due to its CONSTRUCTION. The binding just doesn't work. The pages started falling out in the first week. I didn't bend the covers back or handle the book roughly. It's like the glue is very weak and the whole thing is shoddily bound. The publisher really needs to use another binding process or choose a new printing company altogether. Again, I love this little journal, as it is thought provoking and useful in my personal growth journey; but the fact that it's falling apart -- and it's still brand new -- is a real problem.

very helpful step in processing trauma ♡
In recovery after a c-ptsd diagnosis. Navigating trauma can be very difficult and aimless, especially when support systems can be so hard to find and are not always reliable. This book is so helpful to find reliability within yourself, approaching topics in a manageable and paced way, and providing lots of information while giving time for reflection and processing. I find this to be very helpful, I actually bought it for a few loved ones who I hope can find the same relief I find through it. I highly recommend. :)

Great journal with daily self-reflection prompts
I'm very pleased with this book. It's soft cover, just bigger than my hand. Every page has a different prompt so it's not a daily gratitude journal but a self-reflection journal. You could potentially jump through the pages/prompts and do them out of order if you want. If you are looking for a daily journal where you talk about your day, this is not it. It's structured for these specific prompts only. I love it! I have a separate daily gratitude journal for my daily life thoughts (bought here on Amazon too, 90-day gratitude journal by Sujatha Lalgudi).

Hard to say consistent
The edge of the book is cute and I was into it for a couple weeks. It became a little difficult when the book gave items to work on for the week. It’s more of a slow pace., and that’s not my style lol
