LISEN Cell Phone Holder for Bed Desk, Overhead Phone Mount iPhone Recording

I actually ended up returning this, but not because there was anything wrong with the product. I bought it hoping I could use it to hold a small tablet, and the phone holder simply doesn't expand far enough for that. That's completely on me, though... after going back and checking the listing, I realized it never claimed to support tablets. This is clearly designed as a phone holder, and I don't think it's fair to take stars away because I bought it for something it wasn't designed to do. As a phone mount, the quality impressed me. The arm feels sturdy, the springs have good tension, and once everything is tightened down, it feels surprisingly solid. I didn't get that flimsy feeling that you sometimes get from adjustable mounts with multiple joints. The adjustability is also really nice because you can position the phone in a lot of different ways and then tighten everything down where you want it. My only advice is to make sure you're buying it for the right device. If you need something for a tablet, look for a mount specifically designed with a wider tablet holder. If you're buying this for a phone, though... I think it's a very well-built product and an easy five stars from me.

Definitely better than my 1st gooseneck phone holder in which it would only move when the phone was on it and that would be down. Not only is this product more stable for your tables and safer with more rubber protection is also adorable with spring hinges and adjustable hinges to create any form of overhead Direct one on one or hands-free content! Definitely recommend for anybody looking my phone holds perfect I have the iPhone 17 Pro and then I accidentally got the iPhone 17 Pro Max as well yesterday and they both fit perfect however the pro has a case like an OtterBox on it wire as the promax does not have a case yet however, when you push the button on the back of the phone holder replacement on the spring holder, it opens up pretty wide for pretty much in a galaxy. If you wish I’m very highly impressed. It is easy to portably take this phone stand/arm anywhere I go. Definitely more versus how than others and the functionality is insane. I definitely recommended to the next expire. The cost isnt anything worth the value… these things we rely on to hold a $1k+ piece of necessary property so you wanna make sure that necessary property is definitely taken care of and this is probably the best tripod ring light portable tripod and Gibble I’ve probably ever had. I love this item and no I was not paid to say this I literally broke my other one and went looking and found this one and I’m in love.definitely DONT HESITATE

This LISEN gooseneck phone holder is way sturdier than I expected. The clamp grips securely to my desk without slipping, and once you position your phone, it stays put, no slow sagging or flopping around like cheaper stands. The flexibility is just right: easy enough to adjust, but firm enough to hold its shape. I can position my phone exactly where I want it for watching videos, reading, or hands-free use, and it doesn’t drift over time. Build quality feels solid and well thought out, not flimsy or plastic-cheap. Overall, the functionality is excellent and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do, comfortably and reliably. This is a heavy duty phone holder for your bed or desk. Ive used it for a bit now and have no problems. Its not 5 stars because the mobility is limited. The grip on it is great and you can press a button on the back to release it.

I have had mine for about a month now. Totally impressed with it and will probably order another for my wife. It saves desktop space that my old phone stand used to take up. It allows for so many angles of viewing and is great for hands-free video calls. The cable clips are so convenient and eliminates charging cables from hanging and tangling. The grip keeps the stand firmly in place and I can adjust the stand with one hand easily. 5 stars.

As far as the product goes the arm is strong it's made out of metal the bottom base that holds on to the desk it works great but the whole you put the arm into is a little loose other than that I use it everyday it works as should it works as it should other than that like I said there was only one downfall I could see with it but it was worth the money would buy again if had to

I bought this because I wanted a way to hold my phone while lying in bed without straining my arms or wrists. I usually lie on my back and like to watch a bit of TV before falling asleep, so I started looking on Amazon for a solution and came across this gooseneck model (marketed on the box as a “cantilever bracket”). Assembly was straightforward, and I mounted it to my headboard, which sits almost flush against the wall. Unfortunately, that’s where the problems started. My headboard is fairly tall, and with the arm mounted vertically as intended, the only way to see the phone is to stare almost straight up at the ceiling. It’s an incredibly awkward and uncomfortable viewing angle. There are additional mounting holes that allow you to install the arm horizontally instead of vertically, which could have solved the issue — but the large tightening knob that secures the mount sticks out too far and is on the wrong side. If your bed is close to the wall, there simply isn’t enough clearance to use that orientation unless you pull the entire bed away from the wall. In my opinion, the mounting hole positions should have been reversed. This feels like a design oversight. See the picture attached for more of an explanation. To be fair, I think this product would probably work well if you’re clamping it to a desk or table. But for anyone specifically looking to use it while lying in bed — especially with a taller headboard or limited wall clearance — this isn’t a great fit. I ended up purchasing another model with a longer arm and better hole placement, allowing the arm to extend vertically and angle toward me at about 45 degrees. That’s a much more natural and comfortable viewing position. Because of the design limitations for bed use, I’ll be returning this one.

Hello my fellow Amazon users! I ordered this holder for my phone on 20 October 2024 and it was promptly delivered on 23 October 2024. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the quality of the phone holder and the way it worked, the mechanics of it all! The couple of items that I needed to assemble were easy to put together using the included instructions, and I had my new phone holder up and going in only a couple of minutes. Literally! Shortly before Thanksgiving, while putting my cell phone into the cradle, I squeezed the clamps that hold the phone securely in place a bit too hard, causing the right clamp to snap and break off. I honestly didn't know I was being that aggressive with it, but when I thought back I remembered that you don't have to squeeze the two clamps together very hard for them to do their job! I was saddened by my poor judgement and reasoning behind me squeezing the clamps together so hard that I broke one, when there was no reason whatsoever to do so. I just wanted to make sure my phone was securely in place and got overly paranoid about it falling out of the cradle, for no reason whatsoever. I got busy with Thanksgiving Holiday preparations and the phone charger incident became a memory until family members wanted to do a video chat call to catch up before the Holiday. That's when I remembered what I did to the phone holder and that it was no longer usable. I figured the time to talk to someone to find out my options, if any, had passed since the Amazon window/deadline for returns had passed on 22 November 2024 and it was now 23 November 2024. But I took a shot and sent LISEN an email using the "Get product support" tab, located right next to the item on the "Your Orders" page on my Amazon account. (The "Get product support" tab was a bold and bright yellow color, which makes finding it incredible easy!) I sent an email to LISEN customer service on a Saturday, so it was Monday, 25 November 2024 at 1:00 am when I received a reply. In the email from LISEN Global Customer Support Team to me, team member, Leo, started out by stating how much he appreciated taking the time to write to them and how sorry he was that I wasn't "completely satisfied" with their product I received. Also stating that he would like to help me and requested I take pictures of what happened and send them to him so he could share them with their quality control department at LISEN. He then stated that LISEN wants me to have a great experience with their products and that he would be happy to offer me a replacement! All I had to do was email him back what I wanted them to do and he would see that my request would be quickly taken care of! With Thanksgiving the next day, and with all the cooking, eating, family, more eating, chatting and reminiscing, and even more eating, I was unable to respond to Leo until 5 December 2024 at 1:47 pm. I attached the 2 pictures I took of the broken clamp, asked if a replacement unit was still an option, and gave my mailing address just in case. I received a prompt reply on 6 December 2024 at 1:54 am, which Leo stated a replacement unit has been ordered for me and it is currently on the way to me, included the Order ID number, and informed me the estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days! The process of contacting their customer service for my issue was easy, the promptness of their replies was lightening fast, and the ease of completing the few things requested of me was unbelievably simple and took very little of my time, all to make sure that any future products would be better than the ones before and to let me know they want me to be happy and have a great experience with their products. Because of how professional, knowledgeable, sympathetic, courteous, and helpful Leo at LISEN Global Customer Support Team has been during the entire process, and the undeniable fact that LISEN ACTUALLY STANDS BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SALE AND HAVE TOP-NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE, I've given this a 5-Star Rating, and I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY TO DO SO! You will be hard-pressed to find a better company, who stands behind their products 100%, with a better customer service support team than LISEN!

Deliver was delayed and I have asked to cancel the shipment. But they never did. Once the item came, it worked very rigidly and does not offer the flexibility it is supposed to offer. Then I requested the return. when I printed out the lable, it asked me to pay for the postage. I think that this is wrong and the vendor should pay for the return postage.
