Curious George Jack in the Box

It all started so well. Yesterday my angelic 14 month grandson started screaming and laughing when Miss Rachel comes on the screen with curious George. She turns the spinner and up George pops! Cue giggles, and a granny now on a mission to get her boy this exact toy. Goes on my trusted Amazon app and yasssss! There he is! Its next day delivery so all night and today i have been imagining this beautiful little face, glowing with happiness when he sees it in real life. Oohhh the excitement and anticipation for this wee Granny was palpable, i couldnt wait! Finally i hear the knock on the door! This has been the longest 19 hours of my life. I get my camera ready, grandson ready, tear open the box and omg there he is! Press record and were off! He sees it and his wee eyes light up,and i hear a woowwww and get a big smile. I start turning it, music plays,and he starts squealing and DINAAAA up pops George! He screams, I scream " AGAIN BABY? AGAIN!?" He starts bum jumping, so i take his little tiny hand to get him to turn it and pop! up George comes again! Cue hysterical laughing! This is everything i dreamed of and more! Then it all went so bad, soooofast! ... he tried to pull George out the box, George doesn't come out the box. Now with his eyebrows at his ankles, he just stares right through it, granny starts sweating. He looks at me, im too scared to make eye contact, the little hand comes out again and TUG! Nope! George is sealed in better than my bellies in a panty girdle and this child LOOOOSES HIS MIND!!! A Scream that sounds like it came from the bowels of hell reverbarates round the whole street, im frozen stiff,and up Caleb bounces,faster than Tigger himself,and anarchy erupts! I grab George and run for cover,with baby Usain Bolt on steroids hot on my heels, screaming like a banshee,chasing me down the hall! Survival instinct kicks in and all i can think is find cover! Find cover! I look behind me, and i swear,that was Satans baby chasing me disguised as my grandson! I am now trapped in my room with a wardrobe against the door and curious George safely tucked in my arms. This 14 month old child is going to drop kick us both if he gets in here. We are trapped! Send help! Someone phone the police! I need to get this baby under arrested i can hear him wrecking my hoose! Its now been 50 mins and im on water tablets and trapped! I cant believe i just paid £60 to have the pleasure of peeing my pants at 47 years of age! Grandsons crying and grannys having a nervous breakdown so cheers for that Miss Effing Rachel! I hope curious George pops up and knocks you out! There should be a law against this coz Grannys aint built for this and IM SCOTTISH! WE ARE MENTAL! NOTHING BOTHERS US BUT WHEN YOU HAVE THE DEVIL HIMSELF IN A NAPPY, CHASING YOU DOWN A DARK LOBBY, THATS HORROR MOVIE RATED 18+++++ NONSENSE THAT IS! But yeah! 5 stars! Highly recommended! Cheers! FML.

I bought this for my grandson because he loves the character , but I thought it was over prices when I compared it with other “ jack in the Boxes”

It’s a Xmas present for my grandson. He watches miss Rachel , and loves it, also a bought Mickey Mouse, loves that too. So he’ll be happy Xmas day , along with other presents, so thankyou Amazon for your quick delivery’s. Happy Xmas 🎄🎅🎁♥️

Expensive but nostalgic toy to look after

My 3yr old grandson asked for a jack in the box , the curious George jack in the box is delightful and not to scary - it plays the same tune as the peter rabbit ones people in the UK might be more familiar with. Service was good too.

This has helped my 18 month old grandson to interact with the program he loves to watch.

There is an issue with this I have messaged the owner no one has replied back to me and this has been ages. The lid won’t open and close when you twine it. It gets jammed.

Like many of you, my child seen this product on Ms Rachel's YouTube channel. This product is very cheaply made, it also came with two massive dents on the sides of curious George's box. The spindle you turn to activate the monkey jumpin' out feels like it's about to fall off. I highly recommend seeking out a cheaper and more relient jack in the box. So disappointing but it's the truth.

This was a cute toy. The size was perfect would purchase again. I bought for nephew birthday as a gift and he loves curious George. He was so soft and the quality was great
