Ive been using this for a lil while now and can already tell a difference. I feel like my muscles are more full and bigger and been getting a few more reps in each set. I like the fact that it comes in pill form so it's easy to take and it doesn't give my stomach any side effects. Ive been stacking it with enflux and turkestone which are also both great products that I recommend to anyone who wants to get gains

I research companies that I want to take supplements from and I can see the founder has started this company 11 years ago. With the background of BS CPT and AFAA advance... the founder seems to understand about physical fitness. This supplement stated to be GMP certified facility, but on their website nor product pages states any 3rd party test results. This supplement is sourced in the USA and internationally. This product nor their website list a physical address other than city and state. There's 90 capsules in the bottle as stated. It's neat that the capsules are blue and white just like the company's color scheme. Besides Creatine HCL, I'm not familiar with the other ingredient... Seeing that they source from USA and international ingredients, it would be beneficial that they state 3rd party test results so you know what you are getting. The reason for the 3 stars is that they don't provide 3rd party testing..they had an FDA warning in 2019 for their enrage extreme product, but got resolved to FDA's sanctification 3 months later. It appears to me eFlow is a marketing white label supplement company... they don't produce the supplement, but source it and market it... without 3rd party testing...it's a bit of a concern. For a product review, some may wonder why focus on the company...well the product is missing 3rd party testing and being a company without a physical address/location/presence it's hard to know what you are putting into your body is safe. I do believe they use a GMP facility. The safety seal is on tight...there's exactly 90 capsules and moisture package. They have a lot number and expiration date of 02/2025. I haven't had any negative side effects.

SUMMARY: This is a good product, however, it’s expensive for only 30 servings. So I can recommend this as a quality product where I didn’t have any negative side effects, but I personally wouldn’t recommend it if you’re at all concerned about getting a good value per serving. PROS: (1) The capsules are a convenient form for creatine. For example, yesterday I forgot to take my creatine drink mix, and it was late at night. I wanted to get my creatine in for the day, so these capsules were a great option. (2) One serving is 3 capsules, which is decent and comparable to others on the market (and better than some that require 5-6 capsules per serving). CONS: (1) The value is not great for a 30-day supply at $39.99. Yes, if you google Creatine HCL, you need a lower dose than Creatine Monohydrate. But it doesn’t make a difference if the HCL is substantially more expensive per serving. So if you’re trying to get in a daily dose of creatine, and it doesn’t matter to you whether you get it in pill or powder form, I think the powder options are a substantially better value.
