These are actually unreal! Recommend these to anyone!

I have k my just finished my first pot and can see some results already. I have been struggling since COVID when I had to remove my SNS nails to get my own nails to grow and look better. These tablets seem to be doing something as my nails have more length already and dont seem to be breaking as often. I am going to order another pot as I feel at last I may have found something that works.

I take one a day I bin on them for a year and my nails 💅 have got stronger and longer my hair is a lot longer and my skin is a lot better would recommend them

Does seem to make my soft breakable nails a bit stronger, not sure if it does anything for my hair yet...I will keep taking them to see.
