Great set of powder containers — the sizing is perfect. Whether you're portioning out supplements, protein powder, or pre-workout, these hit the right capacity without being bulky. It is simple and it works. In one container I am able to put four servings of protein powder. At the very top, it includes a funnel for you to pour into a regular 16oz water bottle or any water bottle bigger than the 16oz plastic bottles. Each container will hold about 100G of protein (depending on your protein brand).

These saved me when I had to travel cross country. I had 10 serving of each of my supplements in one canister using each compartment for each one. Then I just had to scoop out one serving each day. It was exactly what I needed for the trip and way better than using a bunch of little baggies. Everything was right there and fit in the bottle pocked on my backpack. No mess, no trash, no spills.

These different shades of blue plastic protein containers are great. I do not use them for protein. I use them for fiber. I take two different kinds of medicines that cause constipation so this was very helpful. You can’t see what’s in it and it seemed to work well the only thing that wasn’t the greatest is the spouts were just a tiny bit too big, it kinda spoils out a bit. the actual whole part where you pour the stuff in, it doesn’t pour into the typical water bottle size just the kind that you can buy at the store open and drink, which that’s what I typically use to drink my fiber in. If I didn’t mind using a different kind of water bottle, it would be fine, but I don’t like to wash fiber out of glasses. It’s a pain in the butt.! So the larger spout is the only reason I would give this a 4 & not a stars. The product opened and closed well the lid stayed closed. This was a well-made product. I actually put both of the containers together to make it a longer one I keep it sometimes in my bag or in my car. Great for travel.

Using these to mix my supplements for my protein smoothies. Much nicer than I expected. Seals are high quality, but still easy to thread on/off each other. Super easy to clean, and feel tough enough to run through the dishwasher (top rack). Would purchase again.

Really useful! Each compartment holds about a scoop and a half of protein powder. Twists tightly closed. Never have to worry about it twisting open. Use it almost daily and use it on trips too so I don’t have to pack my big protein bags.

This is extremely expensive for the cheap plastic it is. It will not last, the screw in top will easily misthread. Barely worth it at half the price. Need 2 for all my workout powers but no way I will spend $ 70
