I just bought this Thread Chaser Kit and it provides a full complement of S.A.E. and Metric thread pitches that you commonly need for servicing threaded components. This is a really important kit to have in your tool arsenal in checking and properly cleaning threads on bolts, bolt holes and other threaded components. Great for those sizes not normally found in your tap n die set

I work on cars often. There are many parts that either have thread sealer of silicone gasket maker of corrosion on them. This set is great for being able to clean up threads quickly. I use a light oil, thread the tool in until it bottoms out. Remove the tool and blow out the hole with compressed air.

Gauge works on older cars where you can get at oil pressure sensors. True wet oil preasure readings
