Would this make a non-alcoholic beverage taste like bourbon?

You would have to find a neutral base to try it this was made for the air still product line or a vodka

Could this be used successfully to make a bourbon glaze for salmon or steak? Anyone try it that way?

Some customers are mixing it with water to make a non-alcoholic bourbon. I see no reason not to use a few drops to flavor any kind of glaze.

Is there any alcohol in this? i need 0 alcohol (none is listed on the label).

No, this is a flavor essence. You add alcohol to it to make the Bourbon
