It’s an iridium spark plug made by a reliable manufacturer
It worked well for my application. I upgraded the OEM copper core NGK plug with this equivalent iridium model. It works well, I find iridium lasts longer than copper and may even provide easier starts and slightly better throttle response. The cost vs the copper plug was negligible. Worth it to me. Your mileage may vary.

NGK (7803) DPR7EIX-9 Iridium IX Spark Plug
These spark plugs burn really well and have a hotter spark than most other plugs.

Lose the stock plugs and go with Iridium from now on, you'll be glad
I bought a used 2005 Honda Aero 750 on April 1, 2015 with 13,700 miles on it. I changed the fluids and the plugs and I'll tell you this much about the new NGK Iridium plugs I put in: THEY ROCK! I'm getting better mileage, very fast warm up @ cold start, little to NO backfire when coasting down steep hills... I will always use these plugs from now on. They're worth the extra cost over OEM/Stock plugs. Well worth it. 2 or 3 tanks of gas getting extra mileage pays for them in no time.
