I received both the 6" and the 7" bracelets. I have very small wrists and the 6" fits comfortably, the 7" slides down onto my hand and would be fine for those who like a loose fit. They are sporty looking, good quality and arrived quickly. I'm hoping they will help with my balance as I continue to wear them.

Be sure to measure your wrist, made the mistake of trying on someone else's and it was loose so ordered the size 6 its way too tight for my arm so they are sending me a new one hopefully in a size seven .thank you for being so good about replacing it as Im84 and want to have it for balance control.

I received my two bracelets. Ive noticed a big difference, but the meridians in my shoes have been huge and it’s really helped my neuropathy. The Meridian’s I place where my shoulders hurt and my knee hurts and they work really well. They take away a lot of the pain. It just makes it easier to move around. I’m still kind of experimenting with locations, but I’m wearing them every day and they made a big improvement in my physical movements. The wife has the foot inserts and just received her bracelet

These work great. However, I took it off for a medical procedure and it tore apart. I’ve only had this for 9 months. I’ve only taken it off once before.

I have ordered these EFX Performance Balance Wristbands for approximately 14 years. I was introduced to the EFX in a Duke City Marathon event in 2012. The vendor instructed me on the balance benefits. I thought I would try it and have been ordering them ever since. They help me!!! When people ask me about them, I encourage them to order one and see for themselves. One incident comes to mind, I was walking by my driveway which was on a slope, I was going to fall but gathered my balance and I attribute the EFX for not falling. I am an athlete who currently plays pickleball. In the past it has helped me with 3on3 basketball. EFX helps me with my balance and strength. They are comfortable to wear. I like the colors that are offered. They last awhile so it is worth the cost. I highly recommend the EFX wristband!!
