Easy to Use Accounting Ledger Book - Expense Tracker for Small Business

Perfect! My husband and I recently changed our budgeting to an envelope system, but we also spend on cards for things. Enter the ledger (one for each of us)! The columns allow me to keep track of how I spent money, when (so I can cross-reference card statements), what I bought along with a code for which envelope I owe, whether it received a cash injection or withdrawal, and when I have paid back the envelope, it has a check mark column (probably for check numbers, but I don't use it that way) and the final columns to keep track of my disposable amount! There is also just enough of a margin to star, bracket, or write totals for a group of purchases (I write out each item in an Amazon order and use the tax column to check mark if it has tax applied and which group of delivery it is in, as Amazon charges when it ships). This is so slim and simple. I keep it in my medium sized purse, and it has no problem. I also keep a pen in the spiral (LePen fits perfectly, but you could probably get a slightly bigger pen than it). The pages do not bleed through. In the picture that does not have 2026 at the top, I am showing a page that has the entire backside filled out. The spiral is slim, as well, so when writing on the back of the page (right handed here!), it is not uncomfortable at all! 10/10 would recommend! Could not get a better system for this price! Color is accurate to the advertisement, and it is one of the most useful tools for managing our money!

Started a business when I retired and I bought this to keep in my car to track business mileage. If you’re “old school” like me, this is a great value for the money and easily fits in my glove box. If you’re looking for a useful way to record a hard copy of your mileage for tax purposes and such, this is a great value.

Exactly what I wanted

This item is so cute! Although most of the pages are the same, the size is perfect in case you want to add more details about the purchases. Honestly, the value is perfect since it has a lot of pages, and the pages are very thick and durable. It has helped or organize my money intake and output. Very useful! I often write everything at the end of the day, and it’s very durable as well. I have been moving a lot frequently and nothing has happened to it.

Small and easy enough to carry around works well for keeping track of transactions. Would order again when needed. As a note with frequent use the front cover did start to peel from the paper board but was easily mended with scotch tape.
