Samsung HM3300 Bluetooth Headset (Gray)

Great and easy device,noise reduction works really well,quite comfortable with different sizes for the ear covers.This bluetooth headset is highly recommended for Samsung Galaxy Note 2 but seemed not that easy to pair with other Samsung phones as tried with Note 3!!

I AM SO GLAD WE DECIDED ON THIS BLUETOOTH. THE SOUND QUALITY IS CLEAR, YOU CAN LISTEN TO MUSIC WITH IT. THERE COMPUTERIZED VOICE TO ASSIST YOU. AWESOME. WORKS GREAT WITH GALAXY NOTE 2! I ONLY GAVE IT FOUR STARS BECAUSE IT DOES NOT KEEP CHARGED VERY LONG, BATTERY LIFE OF A PHONE

What did I dislike about this? Well for one thing, the Bluetooth, a Samsung HM3300, is 11 years old. And it says that on the box Dated 9/22/2013. The warranty pamphlet is dated 2011! And here I thought I was getting a "brand spanking new" Bluetooth that looked just LIKE my old one but it's age is the SAME as my old one. I'll just keep my old one until the battery just won't hold a charge anymore. I certainly wasn't expecting to find a manufacture date on the box showing to be ELEVEN YEARS OLD!

We were hesitant to purchase because it was so inexpensive but we love it! Unfortunately we washed the first one but promptly got the same model because of the sound quality. You will not be disappointed.

It does a great job and feels comfortable. Battery lasts forever, sound is great. Overall worth the money, I think.

Over the years I have used dozens of BT headsets. Never found a one that I was fully happy with. Following are my observations about this product: Pros: 1. Lightweight 2. Easy pairing Cons: 1. Poor build quality 2. Does not fit the ear without the over the ear plastic attachment that is easily breakable 3. Buttons are not conveniently located 4. Sound quality below average, you hear the other party well; but they can't hear you well. In the end I returned the product and I am content with my Motorola HX550. My quest continues :)

This is the second of these devices we have purchased. Last one worked well for over 4 years till it was lost. Good device overall. My wife uses it for work in the house, on the road, and walking. On a windy day, she would put on the hood of a jacket to conter the wind noise. The plastic loop for around the ear that came with it will not fit on the device. In the picture the clear loop came with it; the black one is a spare we had from the previous one. Note the smallet diameter of the 'semi' circle mount end on the clear one. No way that was going to fit. Black one fit perfectly(bought a set of those on Amazon somewhere)

This has to be one of the most uncomfortable ear pieces I've ever owned. I was impressed by their phone, but not this. The over your ear loop cuts into the back of my ear and make it hard to wear for any period of time. I've used Bluetooth earpieces for years and never owned a Samsung. I spend a fair amount of time in my car for my commute and live in a hands-free world.
