Durable strength & Waterproof Coating
Wow, what a great coating to support my underlayment cement board. The elasticity and water proof quality provides extra added durability to the cement board. One coating is great -2 would even be better.

Good roof primer!
This served as a primer for an elastomeric coating, over a weathered modified bitumen roof. It's important that you clean the surface first with a soft wash or light pressure wash to get rid of any accumulated gunk that may block adhesion. But once you've got a dry & clean surface, this stuff sticks like, well, glue. I laid down two coats several days apart. It dried / cured fairly quickly, so I was able to walk on it after 24 hours (after each coat). Rain doesn't seem to hurt it after it's had a few hours of initial cure time. Just get it good and dry before re-coating. I'm now finish coating it with AMES Elastomeric white roof coating, with good results so far.

BLUE MAX
Used this to waterproof a window sill in my shower, the previous owners painted it with regular water based paint. 🤦♀️ Needless to say, the paint eventually cracked and peeled, so the sill was in desperate need of the proper type of paint for this situation, Blue Max was perfect, I prepared the surface, and applied a few coats, it works great, and no odor, love it!!!

Works for extra protection
Going to give this 4-stars. I'm using it to seal a cave I put in my shower to accommodate a soap insert in the wall. For my purposes it works. This product feels like liquid rubber in the can, but when you apply it, it thins and some of your brush/roller will wipe some of it away. You can probably get a true membrane with a sprayer, but I do not see this thick pasty stuff spraying well. As for brushing and rolling, it will work, but you will need about three coats, with the stroke of each coat 90-degrees to the prior coat, in order to get a truly sealed membrane. I would also not recommend using this as a final coat on an outside wall, as I can see peeling as a potential problem. When it comes to leaky walls, including basement walls, I have always done the following (it's expensive and a lot of work, but the only way to assure the leak stays on the outside): 1. Seal cracks on the outside wall with water plug cement and coat with tar when dry. 2. Seal the cracks on the inside wall with water plug cement. 3. Apply a coat of thinset and screw in cement board over the wall. 4. Fill cracks between cement board sheets with thinset. 5. Apply a coat of thinset to the cement board and finish with ceramic tile. 6. Grout tile. If I were to do it again, then I can see this product being used as extra protection by sealing the wall before step 3 and sealing the cement board before step 5.

Pet stained subfloor
I actually used this to seal my subfloors after attempting to neutralize pet stains. The stains were the worst! This product is amazing, easy to use, very easy to clean up. Would use 10 out of 10 for any waterproofing need.

NO information on the product
Got another galon to experiment with brush. Stunning luck of i formation. No word states on; Is any solvent available / what kind of if any ( it's possible to thin it with water or anything else? ) I would like to use this paint with an air spray gun- does it need a special equipment / hardware to do so?) Where is MSDS information about this chemical? I was hoping to get all of it along with the product, but NOTHING was attached to it! Taking two stars because of that.
