Perfect gel cream
Started using this cream gel because I was in boots and a beautiful black woman with gorgeous hair was in the same isle. I was at the start of my curly girl journey and asked what she would buy. That was … idk like 6-7 years ago? Never gone back. It’s perfect - and my hair before this would get sick of products (look great for awhile and then start reacting). I have fine hair that loves protein and goes back and forth on moisture. My hair looks great using rice water and also with glycerine - if that helps! I use this and the. Umberto giannini curl whip (tiny amount), every day.

As a person with curly hair, it’s difficult to find a product that will hold my curls and keep them from looking like a bush when high humidity hits. This product was recommended by a hair dresser friend. She was spot on! It keeps the curl without making my hair stiff like happens with many gel products. It is a creamy texture that when applied to wet hair adds moisturizing effect and holds the curl. Has a pleasant scent, too!
