Original cord finally cracked and stopped working. This replacement is great quality and works perfect.

Left my charger at home and found out I forgot it when I was in another state. Ordered this, came in quickly, surface pro charged.

Great replacement for my husband’s Surface Pro 5; we would notice the connection light on his old charger going off and on, and it wasn’t always charging up to even 85% despite recommended cleaning of the terminals. Didn’t know if it was the laptop itself or the charger. Replacement answered that question. He loves the longer cord. The laptop itself isn’t a quick charge model, but charging is more reliable now.

It's hard to find products like this for a good price. Good quality, It's just like the original. Very useful. Definitely recommend if you need to replace your Microsoft surface charger.

Have had it for few months, continues to work for charging Surface

I can't conceive how you can screw up a charger but these folks have. I've owned this for about 6 weeks. it was fine from the start (although I didn't like the fact that the cord from the transformer to the plug was short - my bad I should have read how ling it was).but about 2 weeks ago, the charging function became sporadic. It seemed that the charging connector was not effectively connecting the to the charging port. I would leave it plugged in for a few hours only to discover that the Surface had not charged. This morning was the worst. I had left it charging overnight to learn that the computer had not charged. Worse yet, I had to actually be putting pressure on the charging connector in order to see the charging activity (0n the battery icon) work while I was typing with my left hand. All the while the white light was on.
