I am very pleased with this mat. I use it for doughs of all sorts made with freshly milled flour. If you use freshly milled flour then you know some doughs are quite sticky and harder to deal with. I have added oil to the mat with some doughs and extra flour to some doughs to knead and shape dough and both have worked GREAT on this mat. There is almost no sticking and clean up is very easy. I am skeptical of chemicals etc in items and I don't know how I can really be sure of what is in these products, but it really works great.

I just started making sourdough and bought this without any expectations. I LOVE IT! It grips my bowl while I'm mixing and doing stretch and folds. I sprinkle a little water to press it and it becomes slippery and a great dough surface! It is very sturdy. It is thick. It rolls up easily for storage and cleans easily.

Great Quality and lays flat. perfect thickness for my baking needs. I use this for sourdough making so the size is perfect. I found if you wet the counter just a little under it, it keeps it from moving around.

I don't have flat granite counters so my choices for working on dough are a wooden kitchen table or an old school tile countertop that is far from level. This mat transforms either one into a nice flat non-stick surface. Even my tiled countertop with "wavy" tiles becomes a surface flat enough to easily use a rolling pin on. I thought the non-stick surface meant I would no longer need to use flour or spray water, but I still end up lightly dusting with flour every time. When you spray it with water it's almost magical how readily dough peels right off. True professionals probably can make it work without any flour or water but for amateurs like me, it makes dough so easy to work it feels like cheating. The printed circles are extremely convenient to make perfect circles; I like rolling dough out within the circles so I can be confident the dough is an even thickness throughout. There are also lines to measure inches along the sides, which is real nice for recipes where you need to hit particular lengths like croissants. Its super easy to clean, just wipe it down with a soapy sponge, roll it up and stick it somewhere for convenient storage.

Good, non-stick for dough but the mat sticks really well onto the counter. However it is a little difficult to clean once the dough dries a bit. I find that after folding it up it fits nicely into a quartz ziploc for easy storage. The sketches make it easy to rollout dough. Overall really great for the price.

Very nice, high quality mat. Easy to clean, easy to reuse. It has a very nice layout for measuring exactly how large you want it to be. I will use this again and again for all kinds of baking. So, far I have used it with making my sourdough and I can not praise this more. It rolls up nice and easy for storage and is so easy to use.

Love this extra large silicone baking mat. Perfect for rolling out dough or using on a cookie sheet. Size is perfect. Rolls up great for storage or lays flat. The price point on this item was terrific. easy to clean.
