Works great, just like the original

Don’t waste your money. Only lasted 4 months before it stopped functioning completely. This remote was an issue from the start with delays and clear glitchy use. You’d press a button and it would occasionally be delayed or do something completely different. After 4 months, none of the buttons do what they’re supposed to. Thankfully have the SmartThings app and can control the tv through phone.

My dog ate my Frame TV remote and I ordered this. As good as the original, and it's black instead of white. Paired instantly to my frame TV and I've had no issues since. Think the battery life might be better than the original too.

The first one I ordered had a goofy channel up and down button and would only work on and off. You could tell something was stiff when we got it. I asked for a replacement. They sent it and it works PERFECTLY! I could tell immediately it was not stiff like the first one. I am very happy with this remote, it works like my original that I got with my Smart TV. Thank you!

The new one is stated to be 1385A in seller title. But their picture shows 1385B. I didn’t know if I would get A or B. Well, I got B. My old one was “A”. Everything else matched perfect. The new remote worked right out of the box AND it was charged 100% to boot!! My take is 100% satisfied. Considering a new one from Samsung is $99 + Tax & shipping ($117), this was half price. And worth every penny. Again, operated perfect out of box. Buy it! Oh, did I mention if you buy from Samsung warranty support is full of red tape. Read up on it. Thanks Amazon.

This paired simply. Just aim, press the buttons and wait for the TV to do all the work. What I did not expect was that the remote did not come with a charger. It is a solar-charged unit but it has a USB-C port so I expected a cord for the asking price. The remote works as expected. We purchased 2 remotes. One for our 75" downstairs and one for our 55" upstairs. Both Samsung, but different models. Works perfectly for both.

not good, when you try to fast forward/rewind a program it goes for less than two seconds and stops, so you have to continuously keep pushing the button down which will end up wearing the thing out a lot faster than being able to just hold the button down and let it run up or back to the spot you are trying to get to. this makes it junk to me maybe they can fix this issue and update, otherwise don't waste your time with this one. the form is like the o e m, but it does not function like it. Funny thing is I paid more for this thing than others out there... will update if I figure something out that works or if they update.

There are two major problems with the remote . It gets disconnected to tv Bluetooth every other day and we had to reconnect every other day. After just one year of use the battery stopped charging and remote is useless now.

i'm not happy about this replacement as it's not 100% as the original , the commands taking a lot of time and we have to keep it in the charger in order to be able to use. i don't recommend it
