Defective? Deficient?
Two weeks after having this professionally installed at the tail end of a full reno, it is wiggling off the wall and has scratched my brand new paint! I tightened it again, hoping that this time it holds! UPDATE: Despite multiple attempts to straighten it and tighten it, it still doesn't hold. It stays crooked on the wall, and the only reason it is still there is that I have not decided how to cover the hole removing it will leave on my beautiful new wall! A piece of crap, and obviously too late to return or claim a warranty.
